Margaret Hadyka is a real estate veteran and east coast transplant — currently living and loving the Arizona desert life. Before diving into her career as a real estate agent, Margaret held an array of positions across sales, business, and product development. This experience transitioned beautifully to the world of real estate where she puts her negotiation and analytics skills to work every day.

At her core, Margaret is a problem solver who vows to always be honest, respectful, and fair. She gets the most fulfillment out of helping clients more easily navigate the life transitions connected to buying and selling homes. Having made a cross-country move to be closer to family herself, she’s no stranger to what’s involved. As a bonus, Margaret’s also a trained home stager who won’t stop short of making sure your home is set up for success before it’s listed.

In and outside of the office, Margaret loves helping people and telling jokes. And although her dreams of becoming a standup comedian have not panned out, she can always count on her son Lars to make her laugh. Her hobbies also include photography, genealogy (ask her about that!), and chowing down on shrimp tacos and a hibiscus margarita. Margaret is a proud second-generation female business owner and hopes to welcome you as her newest client soon!
